We are the Bolay's, Etienne, Alesha, Alice, and Arthur, together we run a small farm located in the very southwestern corner of Manitoba. In 2018 we acqiured a laying hen quota, we love being egg farmers and supplying Burnbrae Farms with our eggs. After that we decided to try our hand at raising sheep. Etienne grew up on a sheep farm so it came naturally to us. As we started researching rotational grazing we happened upon Regenerative Farming and fell in love with the idea that we could not only produce high quality meat but also improve soil health at the same time! Our Lamb is pasture raised, rotationally grazed and finished on barley purchased from a Regenerative Farmer.
