Naked Oats are an ancient grain variety of oats that are not heat processed, and retain a nuttier flavour when cooked. Our quick oats are made by first cutting our oats into pieces and then rolling them fairly thin. They take about 2 minutes to cook into a creamy porridge, and the thinner flakes are also ideal to use in cookies, muffins, and granola bars."
